Join Field Law, in conjunction with the Alberta Sheriff’s Department, for a webinar on how landlords can deal with undesirable behaviours of tenants located in their communities.
Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods (SCAN) is a confidential, complaint-driven program that targets problem property owners. Using a civil approach rather than a criminal approach, SCAN holds owners accountable for the activities on the property, targeting properties, not necessarily individuals, and focuses on how the neighbourhood is affected by illegal activities.
This webinar will provide information on the tools landlords have in their toolbox to improve your community's safety.
