Articling Students

The Program

The week long orientation program has students review the firms systems and procedures, library, office equipment, timekeeping, introduction to practice areas, practice management skills, client relations, office administration, professional ethics, business development and marketing.

With two defined rotations, you are given the opportunity to get exposure to a variety of practice areas with real time feedback as evaluations follow each rotation. You will have a principal and shadow principal in each practice area with weekly mentoring. Our Field Excels program allows you to participate in educational seminars and monthly practice group meetings.

At Field Law, we take on only as many students as we realistically expect to hire back as associates.

Benefits include extended health, employee and family assistance plan, dental, vision, short-term disability, long term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, technology allowance, fitness allowance, life insurance.
