Patty Ko is a Wills, Estate and Trusts practitioner who helps clients with all aspects of the estate planning and administrative process, as well as dependent adult matters.

Patty has extensive experience helping clients navigate high-conflict and litigious situations, including those related to family maintenance and support claims, conflicts between personal representatives and beneficiaries, property disputes, and wills and administration challenges.

She has a background in commercial litigation and has appeared before all levels of courts in Alberta, before tribunals and regulatory bodies, and in arbitrations, mediation and other alternate dispute resolution processes.
