Kristin Yarish is a solicitor helping Alberta-based clients with wills, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate transactions and corporate law. Her clients include individuals and businesses.

She helps to position her clients for success by providing strategic counsel and preventative planning, and views planning as an investment in her clients’ future.

A former elementary school teacher (London, Korea, Lethbridge, and Calgary), Kristin’s background in education allows her to clearly inform her clients about what they are committing to when they’re signing documents.

As expensive lawsuits can have a stressful impact on any individual or business, Kristin works to help identify and mitigate risks, in order to prevent vulnerabilities that could lead to future litigation.

Kristin’s practice includes:

  • Residential and commercial real estate
  • Wills, estates and trusts
  • Business law (transactional and corporate)
