Within two weeks of having the file Anthony successfully opposed a previously scheduled Application, and took steps to apply for summary dismissal of the claim. By applying for summary dismissal as soon as possible and questioning the Plaintiff on undertakings, Anthony was able to obtain helpful evidence on quantum moving forward.
