Tristen Pomerance is an experienced litigator that provides practical, real-time legal advice and solutions. She is skilled in complex commercial, construction, and insurance dispute resolution and has successfully represented clients before all levels of Court in Alberta as well as the Federal Court of Canada.

Born and raised in Calgary, Tristen has strong ties to the community and legal profession. Having gained an international perspective while abroad, she values the importance of context and brings this awareness to her advocacy.

Tristen’s dedication to professional excellence has provided her the opportunity to present at a number of conferences, events, and internal presentations and, in 2023, to be nominated for the Canadian In-House Counsel Celebration Up and Comer Award.
